Cocofina Organic Coconut Flour is a gluten-free alternative to regular flours. It is made from defatted organic coconut meat which is then finely ground.

Its mild taste and fine texture makes it the perfect ingredient for baking and cooking, from pancakes to cakes.

Ingredients: 100% organic coconut flour.

Directions for use: Great for cooking, baking and frying. Substitute 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup coconut flour per 1 cup grain-based flour. You will need to experiment to get the right mix since coconut flour is higher in fibre and will absorb more water than regular grain based flours.
